Stabæk with Icelandic wonderkid in their sights?

Hi there, apparently Stabæk are after Icelandic wonderkid, 15 yr old Ingolfur Sigurdsson. I spoke with a sportsjournalist today about him and he said Stabæk along with few other clubs in Norway want to sign him.

 

He is a very good young player and a future Iceland international - in fact he is a different level than Veigar Pall Gunnarsson was at that age.

 

This story was in Icelandic media yesterday about ''Ingó" and he has been likened to Ryan Giggs by some Norwegain football expert:

Sigurdsson er ekte nok, om Stabæk har snakket med han er en annen sak.

The only Norwegian club mentioned in the article from fotbolti is Aalesund, but if Aalesund can try to get him signed, why not us? He sure looks talented.

yes, but remeber that aalesund has kind of a habit of bying very young talents from iceland. as far as i remeber they did buy some guys over the last years, and they all were very young.

i do not see why stabaek would be interested in a so young player.

Vi kjøpte da Hedenstad og Aase når de var 16. Så hvorfor ikke kjøpe Ryan Giggs når han er 15? Innser dog at det begynner å nærme seg en smertegrense dette her. Vi skal jo ikke begynne med 12-åringer til slutt heller.
